David Davis

David Davis has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the logistics and transportation industry. David is currently the Vice President of Distribution and Transportation at Discount Tire. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Inbound Logistics and Global Trade Services at Target, where they were responsible for strategy, operational performance, and organizational development of the teams. Before Target, they worked as the Vice President of International Logistics and Transportation at Pier 1 Imports, where they transformed the team culture and oversaw import and domestic logistics functions. Earlier in their career, they held senior management positions at The Home Depot, leading international logistics and global operations. David also worked as a Consultant at Accenture, specializing in supply chain strategy and process improvement projects for various clients.

David Davis attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1993 to 1998, achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. David also holds a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt from The Home Depot.
