Katie Fleming is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer insights and brand strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Insights Strategist at Discount Tire since January 2025, Katie has previously held leadership roles as Director of Brand + CX at both Agital and Highnoon, where a diverse range of responsibilities included brand strategy and customer experience. Early career positions included account management roles at Bigfish Creative Group and Target, culminating in an Executive Team Leader position at Target. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Seattle University.
