Kurt Niemann - Master Black Belt

Kurt Niemann is a Master Black Belt and ScrumMaster with an MBA, currently serving as a Principal IT Quality Improvement Specialist at Discount Tire since December 2020. In this role, Kurt established a framework for Continuous Improvement within the IT organization, utilizing Lean Six Sigma and Quality methods to execute significant enhancements. Previously, Kurt held leadership positions at Honeywell, including Site Quality Engineering Leader and Director of Customer Experience, where Kurt led quality control initiatives and developed customer experience improvement solutions. Kurt's expertise encompasses quality assurance, operational excellence, and problem-solving, supported by a strong foundation in industrial management and engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
