Laron Barham

LaRon Barham is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in strategic HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as a Segment Strategist and IT HR Partner at Discount Tire since May 2024, LaRon previously held the position of Sr. Human Resources Manager at Sterigenics from April 2021 to May 2024. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at RL Canning, Human Resources Generalist at Medtronic, and a similar position at Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group. Early career experience includes over a decade at AT&T in customer information support roles. LaRon holds a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Albertus Magnus College.
