Michael Norris

Michael Norris is an accomplished logistics and supply chain professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Logistics Analyst at Discount Tire since October 2017 and a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Walmart eCommerce since October 2013, Michael has successfully managed inventory strategies, developed KPI dashboards, and led capacity planning projects for e-commerce fulfillment networks. Previous roles include Senior Inventory Planner at Benefit Cosmetics, where Michael achieved substantial cost avoidance through demand trend analysis, and Operations Project Manager at Rodan and Fields, overseeing distribution center management and supply chain expansion projects.
