Tom Lamantia

Tom LaMantia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tom started their career at Northern Trust Bank, where they served as the Vice President of Information Technology for eight years. Tom then held various senior roles in the insurance industry, working at Zurich- American Insurance Group, Zurich Insurance, and Zurich NA, primarily as a consultant and senior architect. In 1997, they founded Intrinsic Technologies, LLC, a Microsoft Federal Partner of the Year, and served as CEO and Managing Director until 2009. Tom also worked at WaMu (Acquired by JPMorgan Chase) and Avanade as a consultant and senior architect. In 2011, they briefly served as the Chief Information Officer at Urban Partnership Bank. Most recently, they joined Discount Tire in 2022 as the Principal Enterprise Architect.

Tom LaMantia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS/Computer Science from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Tom also holds certifications as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², obtained in August 2019, and as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security (MCSE) from Microsoft, although the dates of obtaining the MCSE certification are not provided.
