Chas Spence

Chas Spence has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Chas founded and currently serves as the Principal of Spence Advisory, LLC, overseeing multiple companies that provide top jobs in Texas and offering operational advisory services and capital to Consulting and Private Equity Firms. Chas is also the Founder and Managing Member of DTLoans, a company they established in 2014. In addition, they co-founded Rosewood in 2017, where they served until 2022. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a Managing Director at Change Capital Investments, as a Director at AlixPartners, LLp, and as a Manager at ICG Commerce.

Chas Spence earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin in 2000. In 1997, they briefly attended Universidad de Salamanca, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any specific field of study.
