Himanshu Bansal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. As the Founder and Managing Director of Right Advisors Private Limited since 2008, Himanshu has driven organizational growth through innovative solutions and thought leadership. Concurrently, Himanshu serves as the Managing Partner for India at Glasford International since 2010, leveraging global coverage and local expertise. Additionally, Himanshu has been the India Head of Discover Assessments since June 2020 and held the position of Head - HR at Tecnova India from 2005 to 2008, where responsibilities included implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and supporting foreign clients in their operations in India. Previous roles include HR Manager at vCustomer and Manager - HR at Voltas Limited. Himanshu holds a PGDBM in Business Management from the International Management Center and an LLB from Agra University.
