Subu R. has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2007. In that year, they were an Article Assistant at Rayappa Nayak & Co and a Private Tutor at Roshni Coaching Institute. In 2010, they were a Senior Analyst at SPI Financial Services and an Adjunct Faculty at Mangalore Institute of Technology & Engineering. In 2013, they were General Manager at Grandeur International and Adjunct Faculty at Toppers Academy. In the same year, they also became a Partner at Y-Not Engineers. In 2018, they became a Mentor at E-Cell, IIT Bombay and Founder & CEO at Discover Dollar, where they were responsible for pioneering the development of a revolutionary product and solution to resolve revenue leakages and overpayments, leading to multi-million dollar savings for clients. Subu also engaged in business development and liaised with clients, including Fortune 500 companies' CXOs and decision makers.

Subu R. has a comprehensive educational background, beginning with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Mangalore University. Subu then completed a Diploma in Banking and Financial Support Services from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. Subu R. furthered their education by completing an MBA PGDM in Finance and Marketing from SDM Institute for Management Development. Lastly, they obtained a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Machine Learning from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, Subu R. holds a Google Adwords Certified Professional certification, obtained in March 2014.
