Alexis Hudeck

Alexis Hudeck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital payments and customer success, currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Payments Products at Discover Financial Services since March 2020. Prior to this role, Alexis held several positions at CardinalCommerce from October 2015 to March 2020, including Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where the focus was on ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering beneficial relationships with over ten top US eCommerce Merchant clients. Alexis also worked in account management and client partnerships, providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of financial institutions. Additionally, Alexis has coaching experience, having served as a Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach at Laurel School and as a coach at Eastside Volleyball Club. Alexis earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Marketing from Lake Erie College and has also studied at Elmhurst University.
