Amy Welsh holds the position of Senior Director of Consumer Banking Services at Discover Financial Services, where responsibilities include leading shared services process and program transformation to support the Consumer Banking and Lending organization. Additionally, Amy was the owner of Dance Explosion, where successful growth and management of the business were demonstrated. Amy earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Accounting and Finance from Western International University.
