Brooke Warehime

Brooke Warehime is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience in IT service management and consultation. Currently serving as Director of Technology Service Operations at Discover Financial Services since February 2022, Brooke has previously held senior roles at Magellan Health as Senior Director of IT Operations, and at West Monroe Partners as Senior Manager, where strategic technology services were emphasized. Brooke also has a robust consulting background, having led IT Transformation projects at Strive Consulting and provided guidance on IT Service Management at Linium and as an independent consultant. With a foundational career beginning at Nationwide Insurance, Brooke has demonstrated expertise in change management, configuration management, and IT service delivery, all underpinned by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management from Bucknell University.
