Kao Smith

Kao Smith is a seasoned product manager and founder with extensive experience in the technology and gaming industries. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Ibotta, Inc. since May 2022, Kao also leads Bandit Visual Games, an indie video game company focused on female empowerment, having successfully released the game Foul Play. Previously, Kao held the role of Technical Product Manager at Hawaiian Airlines, overseeing product strategy and leading an API development team that generated significant revenue. Additional experience includes front-end development at General Motors and internships focused on SharePoint administration. Kao holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance and a Business Data Analytics certificate from Arizona State University.
