Mark Pragliola

Mark Pragliola has extensive experience in product management and client services, currently serving in a senior management role focused on employee experience at Discover Financial Services since January 1994. Mark's career at Discover includes various managerial positions in business technology, end user support, and network administration. Prior to joining Discover, Mark served as an Airman in the US Navy from January 1992 to January 1994. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 1996 and 1998.
