Shreya Koushik

Shreya Koushik is currently serving as Operations Strategy Lead at Discover Financial Services since April 2024. Prior experiences include a role as Senior Financial Analyst at Beam Benefits from August 2021 to January 2024, where Shreya also worked as a Financial Analyst. Earlier, Shreya was an Expert Services Analyst at Duff & Phelps from August 2020 to July 2021, focusing on creating financial models and conducting cash flow analyses. An internship as an Operational Risk Intern at Charles Schwab in summer 2019 involved developing dashboards in Tableau and Excel to enhance reporting, while a Data Analyst Internship at Magellan Health in 2017 included coordinating with vendors to establish milestones. Shreya holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Michigan, obtained in May 2020, and completed high school at Los Gatos High School and The Columbus Academy.
