Wilco Jansen

Wilco Jansen is an accomplished technology and digital transformation leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. As the Director of Digital and Technology Workforce Transformation at Discover Financial Services since March 2021, Wilco drives strategic initiatives in workforce development. Prior to this, Wilco held significant positions at NN, including CIO for End User Products and Deputy CISO, and also served as a Senior Principle Program Manager at Atos. Notably, Wilco's entrepreneurial experience includes founding and leading the Internet startup Abillo, as well as significant contributions to the Joomla! project as a Coreteam Member and Google Summer of Code program manager. Wilco holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and additional education from Middlesex University and Nyenrode Business University.
