Melissa McClure has extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, having held various roles such as Visitor Services at Seward Chamber of Commerce, Front of House Manager at Seward Brewing Company, and Sales & Marketing Manager at The DMC Group. Melissa has also worked in marketing and social media coordination at Nashua House Hotel and as a Front Desk & Operations Manager at Dockside Inn. Melissa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, as well as a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts double degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management & Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Who We Are The Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau (PHLCVB), a private non-profit membership corporation, is the official Tourism Promotion Agency for the City of Philadelphia, and the primary sales and marketing agency for the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The PHLCVB competes with its counterparts worldwide for convention and tourism business. The organization has departments dedicated to the PHL Diversity, PHL Life Sciences and PHL Sports.
