Claribel Muriel currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Discover Puerto Rico, where contributions include the design and implementation of innovative Destination Marketing strategies aimed at fostering Puerto Rico's economic growth. With an extensive background in talent management, Claribel has held various roles in the organization focused on employee development, performance reviews, and compliance matters. Prior experience includes positions at PwC, where responsibilities encompassed driving people strategy and maintaining processes to leverage employee talents, and at Kraft Foods Group, where a range of HR roles were undertaken. Claribel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Universidad Metropolitana.
