The Marketing and Communications Team at Discover Puerto Rico is responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Puerto Rico as a premier travel and tourism destination. The team manages social media, web content, public relations, media relations, and CRM efforts to enhance brand visibility and engage potential tourists globally. They also coordinate marketing campaigns, develop destination experiences, and handle group marketing and sales initiatives to drive visitor growth and economic impact.
