Discover Saimaa - Nature Adventure Tours

Discover Saimaa is a partner with Tarude Travels company. Discover Saimaa is a Finnish company, which organises nature adventure trips to Finland, lake Saimaa.
We operate mainly in the South-Karelian area near Imatra, Lappeenranta and Ruokolahti. We organise biking trips, kayaking trips, hikes trips etc. Also we offer cultural city biking trips in Imatra and Lappeeranta.

Nature produces the power and energy that will lead to well-being and open-mindedness in our lives. Taru (founder of Tarude Travels) wants to offer similar experiences which she has been able to do in lake Saimaa area since childhood.

By profession, Taru is an Outdoor Experience Instructor and professional nurse.

In nature tourism, we strive to provide a responsible and sustainable tourism service. Tarude travels operates in an environmentally responsible manner and we are aware of the environmental impact of our operations.
