Duane Parrish

Duane Parrish is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality sectors. Since February 2011, Duane Parrish has served as the Director of the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation, & Tourism, focusing on the promotion of tourism and the integration of the State Park system into South Carolina's overall recreational offerings. Prior to this role, Duane Parrish was the Owner of Premier Hospitality Group from January 1999 to February 2011, where expertise in hotel management, development, and brokerage was developed. Duane Parrish holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina, obtained between 1977 and 1981.
