Kevin Kibler

Kevin Kibler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, finance, and governmental operations. Currently serving as Special Project Manager at the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism since September 2021, responsibilities include managing significant construction and renovation projects, such as the SC Welcome Centers and the Arsenal Hill Renovation Project. Previously, Kevin held key roles including Director of the Debt Management Division at the South Carolina Office of the State Treasurer, where successful bond sales funded major statewide projects, and Assistant Director at the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources overseeing construction initiatives.
