Alexei Erchak

Alexei Erchak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and business development. Currently, Alexei serves as the Owner of Discover Strength, providing efficient strength training solutions. His recent roles include Executive in Residence at General Inception, focusing on deep tech investment, and Advisor at QuickCharge Consulting. Previously, Alexei was a Board Member at Solchroma and the Chief Innovation Officer at Aspen Aerogels, where responsibilities included launching new businesses. As CEO of BeON Home and in various leadership positions at Luminus Devices, Alexei was instrumental in corporate development and technological advancements, notably in pioneering "big-chip" LED technology. Alexei holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Physics and Mathematics from Skidmore College.
