Avery Capizzi

Avery Capizzi has a diverse background in IT, starting as a Junior Manager and Information Technology Services Analyst at The Pavilion Motor Lodge in 2008. They then moved on to roles such as ORION Systems Specialist at ORION Team United Parcel Services, Data Center Technician at SoftLayer, IT Manager at CollabraLink Technologies, and currently holds the position of Director of IT at Discover Technologies. Avery has experience in managing IT infrastructure, implementing solutions, and providing on-site support for technology equipment. Their expertise lies in maximizing staff efficiency, ensuring appropriate technology use, and executing IT systems operations effectively.

Avery Capizzi earned an Associate's degree in Social Sciences from Northern Virginia Community College in 2013. Later, Avery pursued a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security at the University of Maryland Global Campus starting in 2014. Avery also obtained certifications in ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
