At Discover Yellow, our personal and professional retreats and workshops aim to draw out authenticity and passion in each person, by creating meaningful experiences that increase self-awareness and allow participants to engage with themselves and others. All while establishing a space where people feel seen and heard.

I have a heart and passion for helping others, for helping them become more self-aware, for connecting with others and helping them connect to others, for being real and authentic, for showing love and empathy and for creating a space with thoughtful intention to cultivate opportunities for personal growth and rest to occur.
