Romi Dasani serves as the Commercial & Brand Director and Head of Brands for Discovered Brands, overseeing renowned labels such as OUAI, Briogeo, Hanz De Fuko, Baxter of California, natureofthings, and Corpus since February 2020. Additionally, Romi is the Founder of UN_DID since January 2021. Prior experience includes a decade at L'Oréal, where Romi held various positions including Head of Sales and Marketing for Baxter of California, successfully launching a new men’s lifestyle brand in Europe and developing digital strategies focusing on CRM, SEO, and social media. Romi's career also encompassed roles as National Account Manager, Product Manager for L'Oréal Professionnel, and Marketing Management Trainee, with key responsibilities ranging from client relationship management to product launches and marketing initiatives. Academically, Romi holds a Distinction in Digital Marketing from Squared Online and a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Spanish from The University of Manchester.
