Greg Davidson

Greg Davidson serves as the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at discoverIE Group plc since November 2019. Prior to this role, Greg held the position of General Counsel and Company Secretary at RM plc from March 2003 to November 2019, where responsibilities included oversight of legal and company secretarial matters, advising the Chairman and CFO directly. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy General Counsel, providing a full range of legal advice encompassing corporate law, strategic projects, and employment matters, as well as overseeing the Legal and Commercial Department of a FTSE-listed company. Greg's legal career began as a Solicitor at Wiggin from September 1998 to January 2003, specializing in commercial, corporate, and employment law. Greg holds a 2:1 degree in Law from the University of Oxford (1994-1997).
