Rosalind Kainyah Mbe

Rosalind Kainyah MBE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of various Sustainability Committees at discoverIE Group plc, Flamingo Horticulture, and WE Soda, Rosalind also holds key positions including Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Gem Diamonds Limited and Non-Executive Director at EnQuest. As the founder and Managing Director of Kina Advisory Limited, a consultancy focused on sustainable business practices in Africa, Rosalind provides strategic advice to enhance responsible investments. Additionally, Rosalind has been involved with the African Gifted Foundation as Vice Chair and Trustee, contributes to The Sustainable Markets Initiative, and is a member of Duke Corporate Education's Global Educator Network. Academic qualifications include an LLM from UCL, an LLB from the University of London, a BA (Hons) from the University of Ghana, and completion of the Oxford Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme.
