Smita Pattanshetti is a software engineer with extensive experience in application development and engineering, having worked at Mercer since October 2017 and Discoverture Solutions since October 2011. Previously, Smita was involved in mobile application development at 7 Grapes Software from August 2009 to August 2011 and served as a contract engineer at Rockwell Collins from November 2005 to February 2009, where responsibilities included requirement analysis and software verification following DO-178B standards. Smita also held the position of team lead at HCL Technologies, contributing to the development of the Boeing 787's Airborne Collision Avoidance System (ACAS) Simulator. Smita holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed in 2004.
