Dineo Monguni has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Team Leader at Discovery! since March 2015. Previously, Dineo held the position of Commercial Insurance Underwriting Consultant at Santam Insurance from February 2011 to June 2014 and worked as a Claims Handler at Mirabilis Engineering Underwriting Managers (Pty) Ltd from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Dineo began a career in insurance as a Sales Consultant at Okeefe and Swartz between January 2008 and January 2009. Dineo's educational background includes a degree in Risk Management and Compliance from Milpark Business School, completion of a Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance NQF 5, and ongoing studies in RE5 at Moonstone Business School of Excellence, alongside participation in a Peak Performance Management Programme at GIBS Business School.

Discovery! Dallas was founded in 1998, It has seen over 8,000 lives enriched and restored through the use of time proven tools and basic truths to life. The core curriculum evolved through a collaboration of PhD Psychologists in the mid 1980’s, who developed and implemented training for adults. This updated curriculum provides a balanced approach to enhancing people’s lives. Discovery uses some of the most effective principles from these training workshops and presents them in a more user-friendly format, in a shorter time frame, and with less cost to the participant. The mission of Discovery is to give adults of all ages, races, belief systems and socio-economic backgrounds a safe place to discover for yourself how you can: Better your life individually Develop deeper and more meaningful connections with people around you Use your unique gifts and talents to make a positive impact in the world Clarify what is most important in your life through examination of your core values, fears and beliefs.
