Supported Employment Coordinator at Discovery

Jayne Alcock currently serves as a Supported Employment Coordinator at Discovery since October 2021, while also working as a Peripatetic Support Worker for individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism. Jayne has been self-employed as a Yoga Teacher since January 2017. Previous roles include Independent End Point Assessor at Land Based Assessment Ltd from November 2021 to August 2023, and Apprenticeship Quality, Compliance and Impact Manager at Best Practice Network from October 2020 to October 2021. Jayne also contributed to Bridgwater & Taunton College from December 2008 to October 2020 in roles such as Team Leader and Assessor/Trainer in Horticulture & Environmental Conservation. Additionally, Jayne co-founded Seed of Hope, a Community Interest Company supporting recovery-based social and therapeutic horticulture from March 2016 to December 2018. Educational qualifications include degrees in Psychology, Social Work, and Horticulture from reputable institutions, along with various awards from Bridgwater & Taunton College in education and assessment processes.
