Matt Gideon

Matt Gideon is a seasoned professional in the behavioral health and recovery sectors, currently serving as a Clinical Outreach Representative at Discovery Behavioral Health since April 2021. As the CEO and Founder of Gideon Group, established in April 2023, Matt provides coaching, case management, and consulting services. In addition to this role, Matt is a VP Advisor at Ikon Capital Advisors, a position assumed in June 2023. Previously, Matt held several key positions, including Director of Business Development at The Encino Detox Center and Director of Referral Relations at Authentic Recovery Center. With a diverse background that includes serving as Care Coordinator and various roles at Any Length Retreat, Matt brings extensive experience in community relations and recovery coaching to the field.
