Jeff Moody is a seasoned financial analyst with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently employed at Discovery Builders, Inc. since May 2021, Jeff prepares and presents monthly financial statements, collaborates on project forecasts, and supports variance analysis for job costing. Previously, Jeff contributed to KATERRA as a financial analyst, focusing on financial forecasts for multifamily projects and consolidating financial data. With a background at Centuri Construction Group, Jeff progressed from a business system analyst to a senior analyst, where responsibilities included capital budget modeling and data validation for financial reporting. Early career roles involved quality auditing at NPL Construction Co. and management at Pera Recreation Club. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Study in Business and Communications from Arizona State University.
