Rocky Barra has extensive experience in both worship leadership and recruitment, currently serving as the Worship Arts Director at Discovery Church since November 2020, after previously holding the position of Worship Pastor from 2001 to 2008. Additionally, Rocky has been a Worship Experience Associate with Slingshot Group since November 2009, focusing on consulting and staffing for church and ministry leaders. In the recruitment sector, Rocky has held significant roles, including Contract Recruiter for 7 11, Recruitment Manager for Wyndham Destinations, and Managing Partner at CSI a Corporate Search Inc. Company, specializing in healthcare executive search. As Practice Manager for Oncology Services at Monte Verde Partners Group, Rocky led a team of recruiters in sourcing oncology professionals for major healthcare companies. Expertise in building strong relationships with clients and candidates has been a consistent theme throughout Rocky's career.
