Holly Carafa

Holly Carafa is an experienced professional in data operations, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Data Operations for Discovery Data and Local Market Share at ISS Market Intelligence since December 2021. With a long tenure at Discovery Data since February 2007, Holly's roles have included Executive Director, SVP, Director of Data Management, and Product Analyst, among others. Prior experience includes serving as a Compliance Analyst and Licensing Administrator at American Mortgage Express from May 2005 to February 2007, where responsibilities included managing license applications and ensuring compliance for loan officers. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, International Business, and Mathematics from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business, earned between 2001 and 2005.
