Anthony Maro

Anthony Maro has over 18 years of experience in software engineering and development, currently serving as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Discovery Education since January 2013. Prior to this role, Maro held positions including Director of Engineering and Director of Mobile and UX Development at Discovery Communications. Additional experience includes freelance web development and consulting roles at various companies, as well as a foundational position as a Web Developer/Designer at Midwest Fuel Injection. Anthony Maro earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Social Sciences from Parkland College from 2002 to 2005.
