Brendan Routledge

Brendan Routledge is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in developing and delivering professional development programs and ICT strategies. Currently serving as the Professional Development Manager at The eAr Academy since March 2024, Brendan has also held roles as a content writer for Discovery Education, and an independent education consultant working with over 250 schools across the East of England and London. Additional prior roles include consultancy positions at West Suffolk College Computing Hub and support roles at the University of Hertfordshire for the National Centre for Computing Education. Brendan's expertise extends to teacher training, having led a Computing module at Suffolk & Norfolk SCITT, and early career experience includes content development for Suffolk LEA and Suffolk County Council. Brendan holds an Advanced Diploma in Mathematical Education from Homerton College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Liverpool.
