Carl Severance

Carl Severance is a seasoned professional in multimedia management and eLearning development, currently serving as Senior Learning Multimedia Manager at Discovery Education since October 2023. Previously, Carl held a similar role at DreamBox Learning and has over nine years of experience at Reading Plus in various capacities, including eLearning Multimedia Designer, Media Production Manager, and Implementation Coordinator. With a foundational background from Laureate Learning Systems as a Multimedia Developer and Project Manager, and earlier roles at TMG Corporation and Sound Vision, Carl has cultivated expertise in multimedia production, project management, and educational software solutions for diverse audiences. Carl earned a BA in Jazz and Commercial Music from Johnson State College.
