Jennifer P.

Jennifer P. is an experienced educator with a strong background in mathematics instruction and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher at Hanover County Public Schools since July 2023, Jennifer has also worked as an Item Writer and Content Reviewer for Discovery Education since November 2015, crafting assessment items aligned with middle school mathematics standards. Jennifer previously directed a preschool program at The Day School at New Highland and taught Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, and Geometry at Our Lady of Lourdes School. With extensive experience at Henrico County Public Schools, Jennifer managed various mathematics classes and contributed significantly to curriculum development, mentoring, and student support initiatives. Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, both from the University of Richmond.
