Previously, Jimmy held management and technical roles at Rackspace, Microsoft, AREVA, and several other organizations, showcasing a strong background in software development, technical support for cloud services, and team leadership. With a solid educational foundation in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science from ECPI University, Jimmy has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing IT operations, developing technical teams, and implementing innovative solutions throughout a diverse career.
