Steve MacIag

Steve Maciag has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Discovery Education since July 2018, where responsibilities have included leadership roles such as SVP, Finance & Accounting, and Vice President, Finance/FP&A. Prior to this, Steve held various positions at Premier, Inc. from March 2015 to July 2018, focusing on accounting policy. Experience also includes a managerial role in accounting policy at Time Warner Cable and several positions at Ernst & Young, starting as an Assurance Intern and advancing to Assurance Senior. Early career internships included roles at McLeod & Company and Saatchi & Saatchi. Steve holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University, completed in 2009 and 2008, respectively.
