Joe Woiwode

Joe Woiwode has a diverse background in finance, asset management, and property management. Joe started their career in property management with Macerich in 2013 and eventually transitioned to roles in asset management and fund management with companies like QIC and CenterCal Properties. Joe then moved on to roles in finance, working as a Finance Manager with Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate before becoming the Director of Finance at Discovery Land Company in 2023. Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated strong financial analysis skills and experience in managing large portfolios of properties.

Joe Woiwode attended Dartmouth College where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
