Katlyn Jaramillo

Katlyn (Howard) Jaramillo is a seasoned professional in risk management and security operations, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager for Corporate Safety & Security at Discovery Land Company since February 2023. In this role, Katlyn oversees global safety initiatives and collaborates with the Senior VP of Global Security on strategic planning and budget management. Prior to this, Katlyn held various positions at Wynn Las Vegas from 2010 to January 2023, including Security Administration Manager and Crisis Management Specialist, where significant contributions were made during the COVID-19 pandemic. Katlyn's extensive experience in the hospitality industry is supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration with a focus on Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, in addition to an Associate of Arts in Communications from the College of the Sequoias.
