Mark Mansheim

Mark Mansheim began their work experience in 1999 as the Chief Operating Officer at Pathway Developments, Inc. Mark then went on to hold various leadership roles such as President/Owner at Waterstone/Grow Homes, COO at NuSpace Hawaii, Sr. Project Manager at Molinar Construction, and Vice President at Molinar Construction. Most recently, Mark has served as Vice President at Tower Construction Hawaii, Inc., and currently holds the position of Vice President of Construction Operations and Vice President of Development at Discovery Land Company. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated a strong background in construction operations and development.

Mark Mansheim holds a BA in English Literature and Geology from the University of Colorado Boulder (1995-1999). Mark later pursued an MBA in Business Sustainability from Alliant International University-San Francisco Bay and Presidio School of Management (2009-2011). Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Procore Certified Associate from Procore Technologies in May 2017.
