Mike Clark is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate development and construction management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Development at Discovery Land Company since June 2012, Mike oversees all operational aspects of a development company with annual sales revenues exceeding $1 billion, while also managing high-value real estate sales contracts and budgetary responsibilities of over $40 million for club operations. Previous roles include General Manager and Vice President at Discovery Land Company, as well as significant positions at Pulte Homes and Pulte Building Systems, where Mike directed product development, operations, and staffing for various divisions. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has a robust track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and fiscal management across multiple high-end residential projects.
