Ricardo Rondon

Ricardo Rondon is an experienced architect with over 30 years in the industry, transitioning to the role of Director of Architecture and Design at Discovery Land Company in June 2025. In this position, Rondon is responsible for leading the creative vision and coordination of architectural efforts for an ultra-luxury residential development, managing a team of designers to ensure innovative and cohesive design standards. Prior to this role, Rondon served as the Director of Architecture at SB Architects from October 2023 to June 2025 and as Principal at HKS, a top global architecture firm, from 1997 to March 2023. Rondon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, completed between 1992 and 1996, and studied at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México from 1988 to 1990.
