Carol Ngcamphalala is an experienced change management professional with extensive expertise in leading and consulting on various transformation projects. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Discovery Limited since May 2023, Carol has previously held roles such as Change Lead at Netstar, where responsibilities included overseeing business transformation and employee engagement initiatives. As Change Realisation Lead at Altron, Carol established the change practice for Group Services and managed group change initiatives, technology standardization, and adoption of D365 and O365. Carol's career spans prominent organizations such as JSE, Mutual & Federal, SITA, Standard Bank, and New Dawn Holdings, where roles have included Head of Change Management and Change Analyst, focusing on projects related to IT systems, organisational design, and public health improvements. Carol holds a Master of Business Leadership from UNISA and a BTech in Public Management from Tshwane University of Technology.
