Devandren Naidoo

Devandren Naidoo currently serves as the Head of Collections and Recoveries at Discovery Bank since December 2022. Prior to this role, Naidoo held the position of Collections Strategy Manager at Capitec Bank for a brief period in 2022, and previously served as Collections Strategy Manager for Everyday Banking at Absa Group from June 2019 to May 2022. Naidoo's experience also includes a role as Decision Science Manager at African Bank and positions at Absa focusing on Digital Fraud Risk Analysis and Group Risk Model Validation. Earlier career highlights include being a Credit Risk Manager for Home Loans at Standard Bank Group and a Pricing Analyst at Nedbank. Naidoo began as a Credit Risk Analyst at Absa, specializing in impairments. Naidoo holds a Bachelor of Science Honours in Statistics from the University of the Western Cape and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
