Christopher Legarski, MS

Christopher Legarski, MS has diverse work experience spanning over two decades. From 2020 to present, they serve as the Director of Instructional Technologies at Discovery Machine, Inc., where they are responsible for leading various instructional services and conducting knowledge capture sessions for the development of autonomous agents in synthetic training environments. Additionally, they build software models of human cognition and complex systems for use as AI in simulations and performance support tools, and delivers training for the software the company sells.

Prior to this role, from 2012 to 2020, Legarski worked as a Senior Knowledge Engineer at Discovery Machine, Inc. There, they served as the project lead and point of contact for various instructional services, occupying roles in knowledge capture and training development.

From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Pennsylvania College of Technology, first as an Instructional Development Specialist and Instructor, and later as an Instructional Media Developer. In these positions, they produced, edited, and published digital media content for online and face-to-face courses. Christopher also worked collaboratively with the college's marketing team to produce multimedia marketing materials and resolved instructional challenges using creative and technical solutions. Simultaneously, they contributed as a part-time instructor for Workforce Development and Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology from 2006 to 2012.

From 2002 to 2007, Legarski was self-employed as a Videographer/Producer.

Christopher Legarski, MS, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Pennsylvania College of Technology, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they earned an Associate's degree in Advertising Art from the same institution during this period. Later, from 2004 to 2006, Legarski pursued further education at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology with a Corporate Track specialization.
