Anne N. Ibekwe Cpa, Mpa

Anne N. Ibekwe, CPA, MPA has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Most recently, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Discovery Place in 2020. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Finance at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare in 2018. From 2008 to 2018, they held the position of Vice President of Financial Services at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont. Additionally, Anne participated in the Leadership Development Program at Leadership Charlotte from 2012 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Greater Southeast Community Hospital from 2004 to 2008. Anne N. also held the role of Controller at North Philadelphia Health System from 2001 to 2004. Anne began their career as a Senior Financial Consultant at Mediq Consulting Group, where they worked from 1987 to 2000.

Anne N. Ibekwe, CPA, MPA completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Management from Rutgers University - Camden. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting from Temple University. Alongside their education, Anne has obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
